Create New Profile

If you do not already have an existing user account for the UIDP web site, use this page to start the process of creating one. This is a 2 step process.

Step 1 - Enter basic information to create the shell profile
Step 2 - Enter remaining information into the profile

Please enter a user ID (created at this time) and your first and last name (required). Then pick from the list, the organization that you represent.

If your organization is not already on the pull-down list, you may add it as a “Friend” organization by contacting the UIDP, uidp@nas.edu.
